We want you to love every piece in your home, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all HOUSEPLANT accessories and home goods. Please note that due to their perishable nature, live plants are covered by our 14-day health guarantee rather than standard returns.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging to ensure they remain protected during transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and secure it to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
